How the Game Is Played
Pig dice game is played by using a few simple steps. First, the die should be rolled to get a number. If the number is between 02 (two) to 06 (six) then the player can take the points on has and roll again to get more. However, if the player gets a 01 (one) then the player scores a 00 (zero) for that round. Then the next player will get to roll.
The player has the option to roll the dice as often as 01 (one) wants. The player can get a 05 (five), 03 (three) and 06 (six) on three rolls to have 14 (fourteen) points and the option to either roll again or pass to the next player. The player will get 14 (fourteen) points to one’s total if that player passes. However, if the player chooses to roll again and gets a 01 (one) then the player will go back to 00 (zero) for that round.
The goal for this game is for a player to reach a total of 100. The first person who reach that total will win the game.

Play: Any number of players can play, game play is best for 03 (three)-05 (five) players. 02 (Two) dice and a notepad is required. 01 (One) player begins and play continues clockwise.
Number of players: 02 (two) or more
Number of dice: 01(one)
Player begins by rolling the die.
- If the player’s roll contains a single 01 (one), they score nothing and their turn ends.
- If the player rolls a 01 (one)-01 (one), the player receives 25 (twenty five) points (Big Pig).
- If any player rolls doubles, they receive double the sum of both dice.
- If the player rolls any other outcome, the points will be added to their turns total.
Also a player continue their rolls as long as they are receiving points and not rolling a single 01 (one). A player must be announce their accumulated score during their turn. A players turn ends 01 (one) of 02 (two) ways.
- A player can hold before they roll a single 01 (one). Player should record the accumulated score on a notepad. These points are now very safe for the rest of the game.
- If a player rolls a single 01 (one). They should lose their turn and the accumulated points for that turn are lost.
The first player who reach a total of 100 is the winner.
A Two-Dice Option Can Work Too
Pig can be played with a different variant that uses 02 (two) dice. This system will allow a player to get more points quickly. However, if a player gets a 01 (one) on either dice then the total for the round will be 00 (zero). If the player actually gets 02 (two) 1s then the total for the entire game will go all the way down to 00 (zero).
Some 02 (two)-dice variants may also include an option called the Big Pig. This would entail getting two 1s in a single roll to get 25 (twenty five) points on the same roll.
